A bunch of stuff!

Well we are glad to be back in the 'computer world!' Our power cord went out on us last week and it took forever to get Mac into gear to get us a new one. So, thankfully it was just our power cord and not the actual computer. A bunch has happened during that time so here are some pics.

Last saturday we went over to Oxford with some friends from the ward. But, unlike last time it was during the day and it wasn't raining. We had a great time. Jessica graduated from Oxford and her dad also works there so we got a V.I.P tour. We got to see Alice and Wonderland's tree and the little green door. We don't have pics of the tree or the amazing gardens that we went through because we got it all on video.
In front of Christ Church College at Oxford

Us in Oxford
This building (below) is actually student dormitories for Christ College (for those who don't know, Oxford is made up of colleges where students are a part of. There are like thirty colleges that make up Oxford). Anyways, Jessica lived here during her second year, she said it was incredible. Isn't it amazing?

Another interesting fact about Oxford. Because they're Oxford they can make up the rules. Here's an example: when a student graduates with a bachelor's degree, they can wait six months, sign a form, and receive a MA (Master of Arts degree). Hello! I am currently obtaining an MA. However, one of my instructors, who went to Oxford, told me that everyone here knows that an Oxford MA doesn't mean the same as a "teaching MA" that I am getting. Still, it would look good on anyone's resume.

Still in Oxford. Everett trying some organic ice cream for the first time.

Funny story, after we ate our ice cream we were standing around chatting when my arm (Sarah) gets pelted with bird poop. Naturally, I needed to get another shirt, so the boys went down to the river with the kids while the girls went shopping. While I was gone, Jack was enjoying the river watching boat racers and people passing by when Everett started to get a bit fussy. When Jack picked him up he found Everett covered in poo, and I am talking tons, like a vanilla sunday is covered in hot fudge. It was all over his cloths and even got in his hair. So, Jack's changing him on the river bank while Everett is screaming trying to get away, and people are laughing at dad chasing his naked son who's covered in poop. To make matters worse, our extra set of clothes for him were left behind at the house. When I came back, Everett was wrapped up in my sweatshirt and Jack had some of Everett's poop on his shirt. So Jack had to change and I went to get Everett a new outfit! WHEPH! Despite the pooping escapade we had a fantastic time and would do it a million times over.

Jack's biggest FaN!!

He loves playing guitar, he loves to do anything that his father is doing.

FrIeNdS We'LL MISS!
There is a great family in our ward that have had us over to their house for dinner tons! We love them they are so sweet not to mention that their three kids are in love with Everett they seriously can't get enough of him.
Here is a pic of Everett and Megan. Megan is the sweetest little girl I have ever met, she adores Everett, we will miss her.

Here is Harriett and Megan with Everett, Harriett is so nice and made us a little craft with beads that said "Love" on it she said she was going to write 'goodbye' but there were too many letters. She is so cute

And then there is Ruben. Ruben loves Everett, we hear him say (british accent) "Where's my baby?"

Me and Louise, I love her. She has taught me so much. She is so kind and giving you couldn't ask for a better friend.

Cool KiD! Everett loves riding this bike

Seriously, what a stud!

I Love my Baby

We are so blessed to have this little guy

That pooping story is too funny! That is a day you'll never forget. And as for the college, I love old stuff. Old historic stuff that is. What a great experience for you guys. And most importantly - Everett is a stud.

unbelievable! That kid is getting SO big! I can't believe you guys are going back already. That's great. Where are you going to? Back to the old neighborhood or are you gonna have to move somewhere else? What will Jack be doing? Back to Strong and Hanney? Full-time writer? Try-outs for American Gladiators? I think a trip to Santa Barbara is in order... you'd love it you know! We've got an empty room with your name on it.
