Moved

Oh, Finally we are somewhat situated in our new home. Pictures of the ordeal? Not a chance, that was the last thing on my mind. Goodness, you would think we would have had enough of this "moving charade" we've only moved six times in four years. Yikes! Crazy us. Well we are determined to stay here for a long while. We love being in our own home that we own! We are exhausted and the boys? They have taken everything really well and haven't missed a beat with their regular lives. Poor Jack now has a one hour commute but he will tell you it's worth coming home to this house and to US of course. Well, it's off to do more unpacking. Actually, I've just decided to take a lazy day. If anyone wants to visit, we promise we will make it well worth your while, we love company!

That's who you are...

 (England- 2007)
Honestly, sometimes it is so hard to escape the 'Judgement World.' You know the 'darned if you do, darned if you don't' ( don't you just love my version with 'mormon words?') As a mother, wife, WOMAN, it seems so hard at times to feel comfortable in your skin and confident in your decisions.' How am I as a mother? Well lets look at so and so.' ' How am I as a wife? Well I am definitely not like "her".' After awhile the 'keeping up with the Jones's' seems impossible. Well, who are the Jones's and really what makes them so different from us? I'm sure not much if anything at all. I love being a woman, I love being a wife and mother. We are who we are and that is exactly how we were made to be on this earth. Rejoice in it, love it, embrace it. We have so much to offer and so much planned for us. I need to be me at all costs, and guess what? I love me and I love my life. So stop looking at the person next to you and wishing you were more like that. You are you and that's who you are, and it's wonderful.

Something Wonderful

It still amazes me that I have this wonderful family. I never in a million years thought that I would be apart of something so magnificent. Of course, being a mother brings hardships, but the hardships only make those sweet moments sweeter.

Now it's time to move our little family back into our home in Kaysville where we can nestle down for a bit. We are moving this saturday and are looking forward to the new adventure.

1. 2. 3...

   (Harrison and Me -March 2009)

Its amazing how quickly our family has grown. What's even more amazing is that I can be pregnant twice in the same year. That's right. You heard me. I am 11 wks along, we are very, very, very surprised. Along with the surprise is absolute excitement and delight. Jack and I have always known that we would have a lot of kids and it seems that these little spirits are just too excited to wait.

Remembering The George

There are some things in life that bring the warmest memories. I feel that way almost every time I think of England. One place in particular that has been on my mind is...

That's right, The George. The George was my first 'taste' of England. Wow, pub food is amazing. I have never been in a restaurant where you feel as if you are in someones home. With warm fires roaring, solid wood tables showing years of many a happy meal eaten there, and the best part, hearty delicious food. Another wonderful thing about The George was that it was literally right around the corner from us. Although we could only go there a few times (not expensive, that's how little money we had) it is still a place I will never forget.

New Creation

You don't have to let go of the shirt you love. Send it to me and I will make you a head band out of it! As I have done here in this pic.:

100% recycled headbands. Let me know if you want one! Send me a shirt that you would love to be a head band (stretchy materials are best) and I will make you one!

Happy October everybody!!!
