Three years! I still can't believe it. Well, last Friday we decided to pack a suit case and head to Jackson Hole to celebrate our anniversary. We first dropped Everett off at my parents in Logan and then the following morning we were off. Leaving our little man behind was the hardest thing we have ever done.
Along the way we not only hit snowy and icy roads but we even got stuck in the middle of a herd of cattle!

Finally, we pull into Jackson but all the while complaining and wondering why on earth we drove out there in the snow. As we walk into our bed and breakfast called, 'The Inn on the Creek' we were told that we'd been upgraded to their Master Suite for no additional charge! Wow, it was amazing.

We loved it! The room had gorgeous views of the creek with little ducks and geese swimming all about. Then we relaxed in our robes by the fire and drank hot chocolate.

The bed was heavenly, and also the bathroom was huge. We couldn't believe how big the bath tub was...I seriously don't know how I can go back to our puny one.

After indulging in our room for a while we decided to brave the cold snowy weather and look at the shops and try to find Jack a winter coat.
During our search for a coat, we happened to run into an old lost friend. Of course we had to take a picture with our good buddy 'Big Foot'. Check out the look on its face, I couldn't stop laughing.
ewe gross...stinky
people were giving us the weirdest looks for taking this picture, I really can't imagine why...
While looking for a present for Everett we became distracted by these amazing hats...I really just can't say enough about the craftsmanship.
Work it...
Later that night we went to this great restaurant called, 'Trio'. They had really good food, modern atmosphere, and of course richer than ever chocolate desserts. When we finished we were met by a winter wonderland.
This is our car after 1 hour...Good thing we had an amazing warm suite to go back to.
It was freezing but we couldn't help but play in it for a bit, after all it had been almost two years since we had seen snow.
Can't believe I am married to that man.
Breakfast...mmmm...warm homemade muffins
We had a great trip. The drive home was a lot better, the weather wasn't so crazy and the roads were clear.
Even though we were away from Everett for only 24 hours, we can't even tell you how happy and excited we were to see this little guys face. He didn't even miss us but we sure missed him.

Sorry that last blog was from us, but for some reason it was sent under my brother...sorry.
Sarah!!! I'm so sorry, don't be mad at little ole' me. I would so have loved to see you and Kim Libby. I miss you girlie's. It honestly was the craziest trip. Me and the boys went out a week and a half earlier than Stevo, and then we went on vacation to Tahoe when he came out. We seriously didn't get to do 1/10th of the things we wanted to. There's so much to talk about. I'll email you. I'm glad your anniversary was fun. I have always loved that you and Jack have so much fun together:)!
It looks like you guys had so much fun!! Whenever Corey and I go out of town and stay in a King size bed, it is always depressing to come back to our Queen! It was so good to see you guys today! Check out our blog at coreyandshari.blogspot.com! We should get together sometime soon =)
