Everett has such and incredible way of making me 'MelT'.
The other morning I was rushing around like a mad woman trying to get things done. When I suddenly hear Everett running at me, before I could turn around he was hugging me from behind. I spun around, knelt down, and squeezed him back. He then looked at me with his crystal blue eyes (which if you look deeper are like shattered glass) and said "I Wuve You Best!" Which my reply was "Oh no son, I love You BEst".
How do these little children do it? How is everything in there life full of smiles, giggles and the occasional tear? It's easy to forget about the little things in life. That little moment that was given to me in my humble little kitchen has become a treasure locked in my heart.
