Wow, its been 1 week since we added a third child to the nest. whew. There are so many emotions. You have so many emotions after having a child anyway and then you have the emotions of all of your children as well. Harry has taken the change really well, Everett loves Jane but has been a bit harder on me. I can't seem to do anything right, uh, so not fun. He is either smothering me with kisses and hugs or he is ignoring me completely. I love these boys so much I am so grateful for mothers who have been such an example to me. This is not easy. Jane has been so much fun I love having a girl, so, so different from my boys. Since Everett is still pretty hilarious here is another 'Everett Favorite'
'Primary Songs'
Every chance I get I try to get Everett to sing to me. I am so amazed at his memory with the songs he learns in nursery. The other day I asked him to sing 'Follow the Prophet' and he did, my favorite part is when he shakes his finger and says "Don't go astray, don't go astray." That one has become my favorite. Well we were driving in the car the other day and I asked if he would sing it. This is how it went:
"Follow the 'Chicken', follow the 'Chicken'" (I know so irreverent) I didn't know what to do I couldn't help but burst into laughter. So then he kicked it up a notch: His favorite movie is Cinderella and his favorite character is 'Gus Gus' the fat mouse. So now anytime you ask him to sing he says "Follow the 'Gus Gus' follow the 'Gus Gus', don't go astray 'Gus Gus'." He really is our little comedian. What makes him a good comedian? He never laughs at his own jokes, he is pretty awesome.

Congrats on your newest addition!! She is beautiful! You are truly amazing...3 kids under 3 wow! I look up to you big time. I totally understand what you are saying about your little Everett. My Jack has been the same way. His little emotions are all over the place. Jack is doing better this week, so just give him a bit and he'll be adjusted in no time. Hang in there! I too am loving having a little girl...they are SO much fun :)
P.S. maybe we should get our little guys together to play sometime since they are both going through an adjustment period and so are we ;)
hey~
congrats on your new baby girl, and adorable growing boys. you guys are such a cute family.
best,
kim
