Alright. I really want to document these projects I have been doing. So, I bit the bullet and bought batteries for my camera (I have rechargeable ones, but couldn't find the thing that charges them!) So, here it is the before and after of my reupholstered chair. I am so bad at taking pictures I really wish I had taken pictures of the journey, maybe next time. I really had to dig into my pictures and find this one from Jane's blessing.

Background on this chair: Our awesome neighbors in Kaysville (Messels) gave us this chair. Most people would think this chair is ugly but us "thrifters" think its a jewel. Especially when you see it now! Thank You MesselS!

Seriously! I have never been so proud of something ever! (except for delivering three children) Honestly, it was crazy. The main thing that led to the success of this chair was to not rush it. There were times I wanted to throw the whole thing out the window, that is when I had to walk away for a couple of days. I am so excited to do more projects like it. I saw a big guy in a furniture place once reupholstering a chair and I thought 'Goodness, if a big old guy can do it so can I" and here you go. I am pleased. My best friend Betsy was also another inspiration to me, she does amazing stuff with furniture. Whew. Mission accomplished.
