Last night we decided to go for a hike up Donut Falls. It was awesome. Here we are at the start of our journey through the wilderness. :)
I must say those are some pretty good looking gentlemen. Not so sure about that wierd guy in the back...
I love this picture. You can't see it very well but Jack was scaling against the rock with a 27 lb child, way to go Jack. Everett loved the hike. Jack kept stopping to let him touch the tree trunks and leaves, he was over the moon.

We made it. Not a far hike, not hard, but so gorgeous. We had to trudge through the freezing water to actually see the hole in the rock. Some frost bite and a few toes gone, but awesome and definately worth seeing.

The Grand Finale. At the top you can see the giant hole that the water flows into.
Everett, what a stud. He is seriously such a joy. The sweetest kid in the world, I love him to pieces.

how is it being back home!?! What a fun Friday night activity. Everett is soo cute. I love the two front teeth!
oh...we miss having an amazing hike 5 minutes from home. The mountains by us, although beautiful, just aren't quite the same. The ocean is a new adventure that I am still getting to know.
How fun you two. What a cute little family. Can't get over it. We really want to get together with you guys. Everett is so cute.
Ahh, gotta love the great outdoors in your own backyard, I love the hike up the falls, wish we were on it with you, looked like fun, all we have is desert "VERY HOT!" Love you guys, take care for now.
Hey guys, nice pics! Sarah got Shasta so excited about having a blog when we hung out with you guys that other night that she started one the next day. Check it out at nuttypitchers.blogspot.com.
We will talk to you later.
Sarah,
I found your blog through Celeste's, I hope it's okay to add you to my favorites. I love keeping in touch this way! Our blog is myarkoudi. Are you not living in England now? Are you back in Utah? Hope all is well with you. Everett is darling, it is so good to see him, and put a face with a name.
Everett is growing up so fast! I love that you take him hiking. Nature is a great place to spend time with those you love:) See you at the reunion.
