We love the 4th of July! Seriously we dreamed of this holiday while we were in England. Warm weather, BBQ'S, Swimming, Hikes, Rodeo, and on and on. Let's just say it was a long time coming. So, here is what we filled our 4th of July weekend with.
Uncle Mason! We are seriously Mason's biggest fans. He lives in San Fransisco, and he comes out almost every 4th. we are lucky to be related to such a great guy. Still single...We haven't figured that one out yet, he is the best. Here he is with Everett, he was such a great sport letting Everett eat his food.
Parade! Yes, we go and sit in the hot sun and watch floats go by while getting pelted with taffy, but its tradition. We had a great time, except that Everett started to get really sick with a fever and it continued through the weekend :( poor guy, but he loved the parade.
Great 'Jam Sessions' with Jack and John, they gave a great show! Have I said how good it is to be home?
Future guitarist, if you want Everett to be your friend let him play your guitar.
and on to the Spaghetti Factory
Our last day with Mason :( we had so much fun with him, the nicest most easy going guy ever!
So to conclude, we had a great weekend we are proud to be Americans, we got to do everything that we hoped for this holiday including the Rodeo which was great!
We hope everyone had a great weekend! Now its off to Oregon for two weeks!

You were brave to take Everett to the parade. We wimped out! Have a great time in Oregon:)
Looks like you had a great 4th of July I'm jealous you got to see a good parade the only parades down here only last 10 minutes and don't have floats, how boring is that. Wish Les and I could of been there with friends and Family but gas prices are getting high to even travel.
Your little Everett is so darling! It was so fun to see you three a couple of weeks ago. I would love to get together! I hope the job search is transpiring into something great.
I made my blog private. you'll have to email me so I can invite you to read it! It's been great keeping in touch. abbieutahusa@gmail.com

I am so happy that you guys were able to be home and celebrate the fourth. It truly is the best holiday. I hope you have a great time in Oregon.
I love your new opening picture it is adorable. Oregon for two weeks...let us know when you get back...we would love to hear how your vacation went.
Jack, Daiana set up our blog for us a few months ago but we never actually used it until a week ago or so. Glad you're back in the USA. The country fell aprart with you gone-rising oil and energy, credit and housing crash, weakening dollar-please lead us back to normalcy.
