OREGON

We just spent the last ten days up in Oregon. We loved it! The 12 hr. car ride was a bit crazy with a ten month old, but hey, we're crazy! All of the family went up (except for John and Leslie) to see Josh get baptized. Let me just say that it was an amazing trip. Josh is now a new member of the church and not to mention the sweetest boy. Ali and Matt did an amazing job at hosting so many people at their home, it was the Roberts and the Thomsons for a day and I seriously don't know why we don't get together more often.

Here are some pics of the big day! Of course when I wanted to take pics of Josh in his baptismal outfit my camera ran out of batteries. But check out Ali's site she'll have some.

Church the next day:
"Hey we're twins!!"

Off to Sun River for a week! Sun River was so much fun. Endless bike trails, hiking, swimming you name it! we were so exhausted at the end of each day.

The little boys loved it. Everett was such a trooper he did awesome!

We wore those little boys out...

...maybe a little too much...I was laughing so hard I could barely hold the camera steady as I took this picture of Luke.

ThE CaVe
This cave was hollowed out by lava years and years ago. It was freezing in there about 40 degrees...I know you are probably thinking "that's not bad" well go from it being 100 degrees outside to 40 in shorts...We were freezing!

A little half time show in the cave to keep us all going.

Introducing... In their first appearance! The Roberts Annual Talent Show!I tried to be inventive I was Dorothy and Everett was ToTo with Daddy's socks as ears

The Tube Men: Josh and Nick were Tube men and they were pretty amazing

A hilairious pantomime by Kay(ask her to show you)

Bob singing a love song to Kay(ask him to sing it for you):

The amazing Mason Magic: You can't see it but mason just made an M&M disappear

Dave and the amazing Bottle Juggling:

Tori as the Human Weed Eater:

Matt did amazing juggling while touching his tongue to his nose.
I must say I was so impressed and I can't wait for next years talent show! Get ready everyone!

Ah...Good Times

Everett loved the constant interaction with other people.

Finally, here is our last day together eating at an awesome BBQ. Thank you so much Ali and Matt for a wonderful memorable trip. We look forward to many more family vacations.

Our trip home, a creepy old town we stumbled upon...Seriously it was freaky, I even had my first encounter with a burly mountain man who I don't think had showered in months and was consuming a box of HO HO's. Ah, life is so fun.

Now its off this weekend to be with my family and I can hardly wait!
