I sunk my teeth into another project (I know I can't help myself). It all started when I was thrifting through our local D.I. and I came upon a beauty with just the right price tag on it $5. Well of course I had to buy it because even if it didn't turn out it was only 5 bucks. The process was nasty. Taking apart the chair is the biggest pain ever! It usually takes me twice as long to remove the fabric as it does to re-fabric the entire chair. So with blood, sweat, tears, and blisters (no really there was blood, and lots of blisters) here is the sweet unveiling of the my Beauty in Stripes. I wish I had more pictures of the journey. But, remember the last project? Let's just say we are lucky we got a before picture.
It passed the comfort test...serisouly it needs to be comfortable right?
Now onto making amazing pillows to adorn this chair and the rest of my house
