Come on in. I have been working on this room for awhil now and I am proud to say that it is nearly finished. I love decorating. I must say I love everything in this room but my new favorite would have to be the rug. I have never in my life purchased a rug, but have always wanted one, and given their price I always talked myself out of it. Well, this was way to good of a price to pass up so we nabbed it and its fabulous.

Pillows, Pillows, lots and lots of pillows. It's amazing how much they brighten a room.

My friend taught me how to do these flowers and I love them, especially on the pillows.
A new kitchen table. We have been looking for one for awhile now. We sadly grew out of our table that only seated four. We found a new one and we love it. It seats eight comfortably and when you insert the leaf it seats tTEN. It feels good to actually own something that we can grow into. Now we need to work on getting some chairs, but after searching for some and internet shopping I just might cover my chairs with padding and fabric. I am crazy enough. I am just having a hard time spending twice as much money for the chairs as we did on our table....We'll see what happens. In addition to the living room rug we also got one for the Kitchen, it was normally $400 we got it for $30 (really I couln't pass up that right?)
I really have been spoiled. But it just so happened that we stumbled upon these things around the same time and we couldn't pass up the deals. So that is what I have been busy doing, among all of the other mother, and wifely duties. We are all loving the weather being warmer and seriously summer can't come soon enough.

I absolutly love your house!!!!! Please can I come over and you teach me? Better yet come and do my house! I have no decorating talent or ways to steal great deals like your rug! Where did you find them? I love the lamp as well!
